Grodno Department of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Unitary Enterprise for Provision of Services informs that according to the Presidential Decree d/d October 06, 2008 No. 543 “On Amendments and Additions to the Presidential Decree d/d October 13, 2006 No. 615” Grodno Department of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Unitary Enterprise for Provision of Services is entitled to assess state property.

EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT RELIABILITY

Examination of assessment reliability including assessment for the purpose of inclusion in the charter capital in the form of a non-monetary contribution

According to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 173 d/d February 10, 2011 Grodno Department of BelCCI, UE is an authorized examination provider of assessment reliability.

PROPERTY ASSESSMENT

Assessors of Grodno Department of the BelCCI, UE provide the following types of assessment:

  • Assessment of property (machines, equipment, transfer mechanisms, consumer goods, etc.);
  • Examination of assessment reliability of property contributed to the charter fund of a legal entity;
  • Assessment of property seized, distrained or turned over to the state revenue.

We provide property assessment:

  • Upon application of the Department of Humanitarian Affairs of the Property Management Department of the President of the Republic of Belarus, individuals and other business entities;
  • By assignment of customs authorities and banks;
  • By orders of legal and investigative bodies, prosecuting and internal affairs authorities, economic courts and courts of law.

REAL ESTATE ASSESSMENT

Assessors of Grodno Department of the BelCCI, UE provide the following types of assessment:

  • Residential property assessment (apartments, detached houses, cottages);
  • Commercial real estate assessment (offices, shops, warehouses, production facilities and household utilities);
  • Assessment of installations, transfer mechanisms and the utilities (sites, safety fences, public services and amenities, pipes, etc.);
  • Assessment of incomplete construction projects;
  • Assessment of the property turned over to the state revenue.

We provide property assessment:
