Free services to members of the BelCCI

Full members of the BelCCI can use the following services free of charge:

  • Provision of information on existing regulations governing foreign trade activities in the Republic of Belarus and other CIS countries.
  • Provision of targeted information about foreign Chambers of Commerce and Industry that cooperate with BelCCI and representative offices of BelCCI abroad.
  • Provision of information about international exhibitions of BelCCI abroad and in the Republic of Belarus, their participants, as well as assistance in visiting such exhibitions. Consultations and methodic instructions, regarding participation in international exhibitions and organization of exhibition stands.
  • Provision of assistance to companies and organizations-members of the Chamber in propagation of their investment projects, export and commercial offers to potential foreign partners and investors through the possibilities of foreign chambers of commerce, representative offices of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry abroad and through other organizations cooperating with the BelCCI.
  • Usage of Scientific and Technical Library of the BelCCI.
  • Provision of consultations regarding legal protection and evaluation of intellectual property.
  • Adding information about the members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry to its official Internet site as well as to the electronic database in order to facilitate search of cooperation partners.
  • Publication in the periodic editions of BelCCI of business information about firms and companies, their products as well as proposals for business cooperation.
  • Distribution among the members of BelCCI of the following periodicals issued by the Chamber and its branches: “Mercury” bulletin, directory of members of the Chamber of Commerce, information manuals and other printed materials regarding foreign economic and business activities, as well as promotional literature about the activities of the Chamber and its subsidiaries.
  • Invitation of managers and key specialists of Belarusian companies to seminars, symposiums, contact and cooperation meetings, and other events under patronage of the Chamber of Commerce, in order to establish business contacts and to develop commercial relations with foreign partners.

Preferential services to the members of BelCCI

  • Consultations regarding organization of new forms of trade and economic cooperation, assistance in establishment of direct relations, creation of joint ventures and conclusion of foreign trade transactions.
  • Provision of information from the BelCCI database about foreign companies (address, direction of activities, cooperation proposals).
  • Scientific and technical conferences, round tables, training workshops regarding the questions of business development and foreign trade.
  • Marketing services and provision of information about global markets and prices of the various product types.
  • Consultations regarding the questions of product expertise, including the questions of applicability of normative documents.
  • Issuing of the certificates of origin for the goods, products and services of own production.
  • Provision of information about foreign countries, as well as about foreign firms and companies with indication of their imported goods.
  • Participation in the international exhibitions held in the Republic of Belarus.

Remark:

Reduced rates are applied when the BelCCI members have fully paid their fees for the current year. BelCCI members have the right of priority for the services provided by the Chamber of Commerce.
