Policy in the Sphere of Quality

of the unitary enterprise for services rendering “Grodno branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry”

Motto of the enterprise – “Improvement of quality is the business of all and everybody”.

The permanent improvement of the quality services on an independent cost estimating and an examination of the reliability of estimate of the civil law objects, which obey the valid standard legal acts – that is the guarantor of the enterprise development, increasing of its competitiveness.

The main directions of the policy in the sphere of the quality services on an independent cost estimating and an examination of the reliability of estimate of the civil law objects are:

• Ensuring of the mutually beneficial cooperation and long-term partnership with the service users to secure positions and authority of the enterprise.
• Maintenance and permanent improvement of the quality services accordingly the legislative and other regulatory requirements, which warranties constant profit for the enterprise.
• Stuff recruitment, maintenance of the high level of its professionalism and allocation of discretion within the limits of their personal responsibility and authorities which secure rendering of services on the highest standards.
• Maintenance of the image of a safe partner and heightening of the user’s satisfaction by means of fulfilling of all his expectations: timeliness and completeness of the rendering of services, observance of confidentiality, high culture of interrelations with the customer.
• Systems implementation of the management of quality services oriented to the consumer, certification on its compliance with the requirement of STB ISO 9001-2009.

The enterprise management takes upon itself the responsibility for bringing the Policy in the quality sphere to every employee of the enterprise notice and its implementation, for timely and complete supply of all kinds of resources for adoption, maintenance in working condition and permanent improvement of the quality services management in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2009.
